Bronwyn Beynon, MA40414, graduated from the Humanities Center with academic honors in December, 2003. She has been the primary massage therapist at the Spa since February 2004.

            Bronwyn’s interest in hands-on healing began over ten years ago. She initially became involved as a third degree traditional Usui method Reiki master, then studied Biofield Healing for two years, and followed that with her study of both Tera Mai and Shamanic Touch Reiki. She is a fifth degree master in both of these methodologies.

            Her Reiki training adds to her expertise as a massage therapist. Modalities offered range from Swedish to deep tissue, pre-natal to hot stone. She has a base of return/request clients ranging from weekly to monthly visits. New clients quickly become regular clients; first-time recipients of massage frequently pre-book their next visit. Her clients quickly become aware that she considers massage to be a participatory experience and that her wish for her clients is that they become aware of their own responsibility in their healing process.
